Unit three enjoys modern climate controlled central heating and overlooks the courtyard with partial views of the trees and recreation/BBQ area. Low Hall unit three is complete with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one being a wheelchair accessible wet room.

With all living and guest accommodations at ground floor level this unit is ideal for those guests who are less mobile. The living kitchen is complete with a fully equipped modern kitchen with conventional oven and lots of storage space. The kitchen opens up to a comfortable lounge and small dining area which in turn open up through resplendent floor to ceiling French windows onto a dropped curb walkway and ultimately onto the courtyard. Both bedrooms are also bright and airy as they too boast stunning floor to ceiling French windows which fully open up onto the courtyard.

The décor throughout is contemporary yet soft with some handsome period features.

Bedroom 1 is complete with a handmade double bed with a medium to firm mattress, wardrobe with double draws, bathroom with bath and hand held shower. Bedroom 2 is complete with a small double bed, single draws and a wet-room with barrier free shower which includes chair seat, holding bars, large space for easy movement of the wheelchair.

No smoking throughout.
